Wrap-Up Document Archiving
BuildersWrap Administrators will maintain electronic copies of all the Wrap-Up project documents from the start of construction until the completion of the Statue of Repose. We will also archive any integrated data/documents from your selected 3rd Party Servicers. This provides a timely response and effective processing for any submitted claims.
Documents to be archived may include:
- Policy forms
- Contractor insurance certificates
- Contractor enrollment forms/addendums
- Wrap-Up Insurance manuals
- Third Party supplied data
Safe Site 360, our web-based administration system, stores these documents and makes them readily available for viewing or printing when required.
