Wrap-Up Certificate Tracking
Tracking, validating, and managing insurance certificates for all your wrap-up enrolled participants and non-enrolled design professionals can be difficult and time-consuming. We perform this crucial task for you, filing all certificates electronically, tracking their status, and alerting you to any non-compliance, expirations, or cancellations.
The Certificate Tracking module in Safe Site 360, our web-based administration system, keeps close tabs on the insurance certificates submitted by each trade contractor.
 
Our exclusive colored-coded indicators provide a visual warning for any potential or existing issues with a certificate. As each certificate is scanned and digitally archived they can be easily be viewed or printed with the simple click of a mouse.
When contractors appear non-compliant, we will work directly with them to obtain the missing information to ensure continuous coverage.
