Wrap-Up Enrollment
BuildersWrap will coordinate the entire wrap-up enrollment process to relieve you of this management burden.
We start with an easy to understand Bid Instruction Guide that walks each bidding contractor through insurance cost calculations. This affords the best chance of securing the proper contract bid credits or deductions. We will even attend any pre-bid meetings you may conduct to answer questions regarding the program.
After bids are received, reviewed and contracts awarded, we will provide Wrap-Up Enrollment Forms for contractors to sign up for the Wrap-Up program. Our staff is available to answer any questions and explain requirements and procedures to any contractor who needs assistance completing the enrollment process.
Once enrolled, we will supply each participant a Certificate of Insurance and an Wrap-Up Manual. Pariticpants are then entered into Safe Site 360, our web-based administration system, to be tracked and managed.
Our intuitive contract overview screen provides an easy to understand tree-style hierarchy displaying all the contract/subcontract relationships as well as their current status.
 
Colored-coded indicators provide a visual status level for each construction participant. A Green icon indicates all contracts for that contractor are currently compliant while the Yellow warning and Red alert lights caution there are potential or existing issues that must be addressed.
